As promised, I'm shifting gears, and YES staying true to my Fitness core, but I believe the REASON we are fit is to live our BEST lives, and so here is a sneak preview of what's to come this summer, my first live TV Show, called 'Good Morning Oliver & Amanda'. We kicked it off with the Classic Aspen Food & Wine Festival where the world's most accomplished winemakers, celebrity chefs, and culinary luminaries came together in one breathtaking setting (check my FB page for all the photos). This video was live from the red carpet where I got a chance to chat with everyone from Mario Batalli to Ming Tsai (who was hilarious, and I'm now an even bigger fan of his show 'Simply Ming') If you aren't in Aspen I'm bringing YOU the opportunity to experience the pinnacle of good taste, mingle with stars, and enjoy a pleasure-packed weekend at the base of spectacular Aspen Mountain.
